NNT co-founder and CEO, Mark Kerrison, will continue to manage and help integrate NNT into Netwrix, and will work with the Netwrix executive management team to help lead the NNT business into this exciting new phase of operation.

NNT will continue to offer its powerful products, and provide timely support and product updates to its customers. Additionally, the broad Netwrix product portfolio may afford NNT customers opportunities to strengthen their data security.
What will happen to company and product brands?
In the near term, both companies will continue to operate as separate, standalone brands with the exception that NNT will be known as “NNT, now part of Netwrix.” Beyond that, the combined leadership teams will determine the long-term business brand, vision and strategy. This information will be communicated in a transparent and timely manner.
How will this affect previous or ongoing sales and support contracts?
NNT will continue to operate as before. In particular, it will honor all previous commitments, including current support contracts, ongoing projects and outstanding sales quotes.
How will the acquisition impact customer service and support?
Our commitment to servicing and supporting our customers does not change. NNT customers will continue to receive the high-quality customer service they receive today through the systems and resources they currently use. NNT customers will continue to contact NNT support in the same way. Over time, our leadership team will evaluate how to best structure our support programs to delight our present and future customers.
