NNT Leadership Team
Mark Kerrison has been the Chief Executive Officer of New Net Technologies since January 2008. Mark has been involved in assisting IT companies grow for the past 25 years. Mark has helped to grow organizations from start up to eventual trade sale & has held senior leadership positions at Cable & Wireless and Allen Systems group prior to helping launch New Net Technologies in 2005.
As the CEO at New Net Technologies, Mark works closely with all departments within the business to ensure NNT is optimized to continue to bring innovative cyber security solutions to market as well as ensuring that the correct process exists to facilitate successful deployments and ongoing superior solution value for all customers.
Mark Kedgley has been the Chief Technology Officer at New Net Technologies since January 2009 and has approaching 30 years’ experience in the IT industry covering support, solution sales and business development.
Prior to his tenure at NNT, Mr. Kedgley studied Physics at the University of Birmingham then held leadership positions at Cable & Wireless and ASG. As CTO at NNT, Mark is responsible for driving ongoing product development to continually improve NNT’s cyber security and compliance solutions. The objective is to protect our customers’ sensitive data against security threats in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, while maintaining market-leading ease of use.

Russell Willcox
Chairman
Following his education in Electronics and Production Engineering, Russell has had a life-long career in the electronics/software/technology sector. Moving from Engineering to Marketing, then General Management, his focus has been on strategy, in whichever business he has been involved. Russell is Non-Executive Chairman at NNT, Executive Chairman at Box Technologies, an IT and services business involved in customer engagement technology solutions, and is a Non-Executive Director at Cybertill, a subscription model Software business.
With 20 years’ experience in the Retail, Banking, Postal, and Hospitality markets, Russell is involved in technology strategy scoping exercises with a number of UK and International businesses. Outside of this career, Russell has numerous interests, including his role as Chairman of Demand, a charity which provides technology solutions for the disabled and as a trustee of School Aid for Africa, another charity that provides physical classroom spaces for children in some of the most disadvantaged parts of Africa. He maintains an active participating interest in Skiing, Cycling, and Motorsport, as well as enjoying travel, languages, and the arts.
