More disruption and uncertainty for Tripwire® customers as company is acquired by Belden (see link below for more)
It's been a bumpy ride for Tripwire® users over the last few years with an unrelenting series of acquisitions, mergers and buyouts. The company has now been sold on from the previous owners - VC speculators Thoma Bravo - to cabling giant Belden.
Customers have been telling us for some time now that they were struggling for any kind of consistent account management and support continuity. Unfortunately it seems likely that this could easily deteriorate further with another round of workforce integration, line manager changes and yet more regional, divisional and structural changes.
